Crystal was always available to answer our questions. She seemed genuinely invested in us as we navigated this process. In the beginning when we were just making inquiries but not ready to do a mortgage yet, she would call every several weeks to see if we had other questions or how she could help. Honestly this is the reason we went with First Federal. You have a stellar employee in Crystal!
